Where can I buy tickets?

  • Tickets for all City Hall Live concerts are available at Ticketmaster.com or by phone 601-724-BRAM (2726).
  • You can also purchase tickets at the Box Office on the day of the show, if available.
  • Every person regardless of age must have a ticket for this show.

IMPORTANT: If you purchased tickets online, please make sure to print out your tickets before coming to the show. If you cannot print your tickets, stop by the box office.

*Event tickets purchased from a source other that the Box Office or Ticketmaster.com may not be honored for admission. The City of Brandon is not responsible for counterfeit tickets.

City Hall Live Bag Policy?

City Hall Live adheres to a Clear Bag Policy. Guests should have bags open and available for inspection upon entering City Hall Live.

Small clutches that are 6” x 6” or smaller, clear bags that are smaller than 12” x 12” x 8”, clear 1 gallon bags are permitted but will be searched upon entering City Hall Live.

Parking

There is free public parking on site at City Hall Live.

*Overnight parking is prohibited in City Hall Live lot; vehicles parking overnight will be subject to towing.

Is this a standing or seated venue?

City Hall Live is a General Admission standing room venue, but can accommodate reserved seating shows. Each concert is different.

  • City Hall Live is in compliance with all applicable provisions of the American’s with Disabilities Act.

Allowed and Prohibited Items?

The following items are prohibited:

  • Carrying of a pistol or revolver is prohibited
  • Weapons including firearms, pepper spray, knives, pocket knives, or mace are prohibited
  • Aerosol cans, Umbrellas, Coolers
  • Bags that do not meet the City Hall Live Clear Bag Policy
  • Cameras or video cameras with removable lenses and flashes
  • Outside food or beverages or Alcohol
  • Chairs (folding or otherwise)
  • Gifts for the artist/performer
  • Laser pens/pointers, fireworks, flash lights
  • Noise making devices or musical instruments
  • Backpacks, strollers, or seat cushions
  • Chains or studded clothing
  • Poles or sticks or selfie sticks
  • Balls, Frisbees or balloons

Alcohol or food sales at events?

  • Beer, wine, and alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase with valid ID.
  • Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available for purchase.
  • Hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, chips, and candy will be available for purchase.

Medical attention while at the show?

We will have medical professionals on site. Please find a police officer or an event staff member who will escort you to the First Aid room.
