Please visit the customer service representative located at the front desk in the lobby.

Where can I buy tickets?

  • Tickets for all City Hall Live concerts are available at Ticketmaster.com or by phone 800.745.3000.
  • You can also purchase tickets at the Box Office on the day of the show, if available.

 

IMPORTANT: If you purchased tickets online, please make sure to print out your tickets before coming to the show. If you cannot print your tickets, stop by the box office.

Medical attention while at the show?

We will have medical professionals on site. Please find a police officer or an event staff member who will escort you to the First Aid room.

Is this a standing or seated venue?

City Hall Live is a General Admission standing room venue, but can accommodate reserved seating shows. Each concert is different.

Parking

There is free public parking on site at City Hall Live.

Alcohol or food sales at City Hall Live events?

  • Beer, wine, and alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase with valid ID.
  • Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available for purchase.
  • Hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, chips, and candy will be available for purchase.
